What are nicotine pouches?
Nicotine pouches are small white pouches that contain nicotine and flavourings but no tobacco leaf. Most pouches in this collection have a dry surface. The pouches come in a round can, and many cans hold 20 pouches. Most product pages state three values that help you compare cans from different brands: the nicotine content, the format and the flavour. Where a value is missing, the product data does not include it yet.
Difference to classic snus
Classic snus is a Swedish product made from ground tobacco. It is moist and usually brown. Nicotine pouches use a similar pouch, but the filling contains no tobacco. For this reason the pouches stay white, and brands such as Siberia and White Fox call some products All White. Many people still use the word snus for both products. This collection lists tobacco-free pouches only.
Brands and their strength names
The range includes more than 50 brands. The largest selections come from Pablo, VELO, Loop, ZYN and MYNT. CLEW, JUICE HEAD, Killa and XQS follow with more than 20 products each. Each brand names its strengths in its own way:
- ZYN uses levels such as S2, S3 and S4 in the product name. ZYN Red Fruits Slim lists 6 mg per gram as S2 and 9 mg per gram as S3.
- Loop uses words such as Strong, Extra Strong and Hyper Strong.
- CLEW and MYNT print the mg value in the name, for example CLEW Menthol 10mg or MYNT Mango 18mg.
- Pablo has two main lines. Pablo Gold lists 17 mg per pouch, and Pablo Exclusive lists 30 mg per pouch.
Because these names follow different systems, a word such as Strong at one brand does not equal Strong at another brand. The mg value on the product page is the better basis for a comparison. Strength levels from light to extra strong
The shop sorts its pouches into five strength collections. The basis is the amount of nicotine in mg per pouch:
- Light: 1 to 5 mg per pouch
- Medium: 6 to 10 mg per pouch
- Strong: 11 to 20 mg per pouch
- Extra strong: 21 to 30 mg per pouch
- Strongest: more than 30 mg per pouch
Many cans also print a second value in mg per gram, so two cans can show different numbers for a similar nicotine content. The snus strength chart lists both units for many products side by side.
Flavour groups in the range
Mint is the largest flavour group. It includes spearmint, peppermint, menthol and wintergreen. Fruit flavours form a group of almost the same size, with mango, peach, watermelon, apple and grape. Berry, citrus and cola follow. Smaller groups are liquorice, coffee and spicy flavours, for example Loop Jalapeno Lime or Loop Habanero Mint. Many products combine a fruit with a cooling note, such as VELO Mango Ice Slim or Killa Mango Ice. The flavour is part of most product names, so the product grid already shows the flavour of most cans.
Slim, mini and standard format
The format describes the size of the pouch. Slim pouches are long and narrow, and slim is the most common format in this collection. Standard pouches are wider and form the second largest group. Mini is the smallest format, and a few products come in large format. Many flavours exist in more than one format. ZYN Cool Mint comes as slim and as mini, and VELO Crispy Peppermint comes in standard format and as mini.
Pouches without nicotine and caffeine pouches
The shop has two more product types in the same white pouch. Pouches without nicotine carry flavour and list 0 mg nicotine. Caffeine pouches contain caffeine and are in the collection caffeine pouches without nicotine. Both types use the same can size and the same formats as nicotine pouches, so a picture of the can does not show the difference. Buy nicotine pouches online

If you know the mg value you want, the strength collections narrow the list to one level.
