1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Snus Shop (snus-shop.com), between Sellmoro Company s.r.o., Bulharská 996/20, Vršovice, 101 00 Praha 10, Czech Republic (hereinafter "Seller") and customers.

2. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email or when we dispatch the goods.

3. Age Restriction & Customer's Own Responsibility

The purchase of our products is permitted exclusively to persons aged 18 and over. By completing the order, the customer expressly declares and confirms:

• that they have reached the age of 18,
• that the purchase, possession, and use of the ordered products is permitted under the laws applicable in their country of residence,
• that they assume full responsibility for compliance with the national regulations of their country of residence.

The Seller is entitled to request proof of age in case of doubt and to refuse delivery. The Seller accepts no liability for confiscations, rejections, or legal consequences arising from national import, possession, or sales prohibitions in the customer's country of residence.

4. Health Notices

Our products contain nicotine. Nicotine is a highly addictive substance and can be harmful to health. These products are not suitable for:

• Persons under 18 years of age,
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women,
• Non-smokers and persons who have never consumed nicotine,
• Persons with cardiovascular diseases or other nicotine-sensitive conditions.

If you have health concerns, we recommend consulting a doctor before purchasing.

5. Product Classification

We exclusively sell tobacco-free nicotine pouches. These products contain no tobacco and therefore do not fall under the EU-wide tobacco sales ban pursuant to EU Tobacco Directive 2014/40/EU. The products consist of plant fibres, fillers, flavourings, and added nicotine. We do not sell tobacco-containing snus.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of the applicable statutory VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown during the ordering process.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Prepayment (bank transfer)

In the case of payment by prepayment, the amount must be transferred within 3 working days. The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.

7. Delivery

We deliver throughout the EU. Delivery times depend on the destination country and are displayed during the ordering process. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon actual handover of the goods to consumers.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers within the EU applies. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

10. Defect Liability / Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Claims for defects in new goods become time-barred within two years of handover of the goods. Please contact us regarding defects at: info@snus-shop.com.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, the Seller's liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Discount Codes

Discount codes may only be redeemed within the specified validity period and only once per order process. Cash payment is not possible. Multiple discount codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The law of the Czech Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their respective country of residence also apply.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is, to the extent permitted by law, Praha, Czech Republic.

14. Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
