What Cuba Black snus is
Cuba Black is the strongest line of the Cuba brand. All Cuba Black cans in our range are tobacco-free nicotine pouches in Slim format, with 20 pouches per can. The line uses one nicotine level for every flavour, so you choose only by taste. If you want to see how Black fits next to Cuba White and Cuba Ninja, our Cuba snus collection explains the whole brand.
How strong Cuba Black nicotine pouches are
Every Cuba Black can has 66 mg/g. This means one gram of pouch content holds 66 mg of nicotine. Per pouch, cans such as Cuba Black Apple Juice, Cuba Black Cherry and Cuba Black Cola contain 43 mg. This is one of the highest values in our shop, and it places Cuba Black in our strongest snus group.
What does 43 mg per pouch mean for you? Many common nicotine pouches contain a fraction of this amount. A Cuba Black pouch is therefore meant only for adults who already use very strong pouches every day and know how they react to high doses. Our ranking of brands by mg per pouch shows how Cuba Black compares with other strong brands.
Some Black product pages show only the mg/g value. Since all Black cans share 66 mg/g and the same Slim format, you can expect a similar amount per pouch across the line.
- Cuba Black suits you if you already use pouches with 30 mg or more and want a higher level.
- Cuba Black does not suit you if you are new to nicotine pouches or usually use pouches below 20 mg.
- Consider Ninja instead if you want a strong Cuba pouch but not the highest level.
Cuba Black snus format: Slim pouches
All Cuba Black cans use Slim pouches. A Slim pouch is narrow and lies flat under the lip, which keeps it discreet even at this high strength. Because the format and the strength are the same for every Black can, two Black cans differ only in flavour.
If a Black pouch is too strong for you, the Cuba Ninja line is the lower step within the brand: Cuba Ninja Energy and Cuba Ninja Ice Cool have 30 mg/g in Standard pouches. You find them in the Cuba snus collection.
Cuba Black flavours
The Black line focuses on fruit, but it also covers berry, fresh and cola flavours.
- Fruit: Apple Juice, Mango, Peach, Grape, Cherry, Watermelon, Pineapple and Banana Hit.
- Berry: Forest Berries, Blueberry, Black Currant and Raspberry.
- Sweets: CUBA Black Lollipop.
- Fresh and cold: Ice Spearmint, Double Fresh and Cold Dry.
- Drinks: Cola.
If you prefer a mint taste, Cuba Black Ice Spearmint is the clearest choice, and Double Fresh is another fresh option. Cuba Black Apple Juice and Cuba Black Mango are the best sellers among the fruit flavours. Because every Black can has the same strength, a strong flavour does not mean more nicotine. The flavour only changes the taste.

Cuba Black snus compared with Pablo
Cuba Black vs Pablo Exclusive
Pablo Exclusive is another very strong line in our range, with 50 mg/g and 30 mg per pouch. Cuba Black, at 66 mg/g and 43 mg per pouch, contains about 13 mg more nicotine in every pouch. Both lines use mostly Slim pouches and offer many fruit flavours, and several flavours exist in both brands, such as Mango, Pineapple, Grape and Cola. If you use Pablo Exclusive today and want more, Cuba Black is the step up. If Cuba Black is too much, Pablo Exclusive is the step down.
Which Cuba Black can to start with
Start with a flavour you already know from other brands. Cuba Black Apple Juice is the most ordered can in this collection, followed by Cuba Black Mango and Cuba Black Peach. If you prefer a fresh taste, choose Cuba Black Ice Spearmint or Cuba Black Double Fresh.
With a pouch this strong, small habits matter. Use one pouch at a time, keep it in for a shorter time than a weaker pouch, and take it out if the effect is too strong. If you have never used pouches above 30 mg, try a lower level first, for example a Cuba Ninja can. Our guide on how to use snus correctly explains placement and wear time. Nicotine is addictive, and Cuba Black is for adults aged 18 and over only.
