Luboš Huml is an SEO and GEO specialist working through Rankist GmbH, a Swiss agency specialising in Shopify and search for regulated categories — nicotine products among them. How the content here is made
Four rules, and they are the ones worth holding us to.
- Legal statements are checked against the legislation they describe, and the date of that check is stated in the article. Rules for nicotine pouches changed in at least six European countries during 2026 alone, so an undated legal claim is worthless. Where a primary source could not be found, the article says so instead of filling the gap.
- Health topics are written as general information, never as advice or as a claim about the product. We do not describe nicotine pouches as safe, as healthier than anything else, or as a way to stop smoking — they are not medicines and are not licensed as stop-smoking treatments. Where a question belongs to a clinician, the article says so and points there.
- Research is named and reported with its uncertainty intact. If a study says confidence in its own estimate is low, that is part of the finding, not a detail to drop. Vague appeals to "studies show" do not belong here.
- The shop and the editorial side are kept apart. A product is linked when it illustrates the point, not to hit a target, and promotional content is labelled as such.
Corrections
Articles are revised when the law changes or when we get something wrong, and the revision date appears on the article. Two examples from August 2026, so this is not an abstract promise: the France guide had to be rewritten after Decree 2025-898 brought nicotine pouches under a prohibition covering possession and use, and the Austria guide after the April 2026 tobacco monopoly reform closed distance selling. Both had previously described the position as it stood before those changes.
